I'm Raff, a software developer and systems builder with over a decade of experience in IT, databases, automation, and custom application development.
My work focuses on helping businesses turn messy operational workflows into clear, usable systems. I build internal dashboards, APIs, integrations, reporting tools, and automation workflows that connect the software businesses already rely on and reduce the amount of manual work needed to run them.
Over the years, I've worked across logistics, healthcare operations, financial analytics, and applied sports technology. My background includes advanced SQL, Python, .NET, API development, database design, ERP integrations, and workflow automation. I'm especially drawn to projects where software has to interact with real-world complexity: business operations, scheduling, data quality, physical performance, and decision-making.
I grew up with a practical, hands-on mindset, and that still shapes how I work. I like understanding the system first, finding the bottlenecks, and building the smallest useful tool that creates real leverage. Whether I'm working on a business dashboard, a logistics integration, or an experimental sports analytics tool, the goal is the same: make complex systems easier to see, manage, and improve.
Outside of work, I'm usually doing something active - baseball, golf, running, mountain biking, skiing, or working on some overly ambitious side project that started as "this should be simple."
